At DBR-PARTS, we stand behind the quality of our racing components. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Policy Overview

In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • For technical parts (Carbon/Titanium), items must not have been mounted or fitted.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. As specialists in high-performance parts, we inspect every component before shipping. If you receive a damaged part, contact our technical team immediately via: Contact Form

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.
  • Customized or special-order racing components.
  • Personal care items (e.g., helmets or balaclavas) for hygiene reasons.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

5. Shipping Instructions

DO NOT SEND THE PRODUCT BACK TO THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Recommendation: For items over £50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
