Thank you for shopping at Dirt Bikes Parts!

1. Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Conditions for return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded; SALE items cannot be refunded.
  • Items marked as a gift when purchased will receive a gift credit.

2. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at: DBR-PATRS.COM

3. Exempt Goods & Partial Refunds

The following are exempt from refunds: Gift cards and some health/personal care items.

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • Any item is not in its original condition (damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
  • Any item is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late refunds: If you haven't received it yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. If the problem persists, contact us.

5. Shipping

PLEASE DO NOT SEND THE PRODUCT BACK TO THE MANUFACTURER.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
